US adoption agency CFLC offers assistance in the United States with domestic baby infants as well.

We at CFLC view adoption as an act of unselfish, unconditional love on the part of the birth parents and the adoptive parents. We recognize that the adoption process can be like wandering through a maze. BE ENCOURAGED!  We at CFLC believe that if God has planted the desire in your heart to be a parent, that a way will be made for that desire to be met. CFLC will help you determine if you meet the legal requirements set forth by the Division of Family Services and the agencies basic requirements to facilitate your adoption by:

• Conducting a Home Study by a licensed, social work professional
  (International or Domestic)
• Matching you with a birth mother, birth parents, or child
• Facilitating an open adoption

• If married, do you have a strong committed relationship?
• CFLC asks that the adoptive parents be over the age 30. (We have made exceptions on occasion when the prospective adoptive parents have petitioned in writing regarding their particular situation).
• You must meet the State requirements which will be explained in the Initial Interview.
• CFLC will adopt to qualified single adoptive mothers.

• It is very intimidating to start the process for many parents. Many parents with whom we work have been previously discouraged and overwhelmed by the process. They were told by other agencies that their chances of adopting were limited, or that they were too young, there are few babies available, that they were too young or too old. While there are specific criteria to meet as adoptive parents, these are not out of reach for most couples with a deep commitment to be a parent.
