Romanian child adoptions assistance update.

UPDATE FOR ROMANIA

Sadly, for the Romanian orphans and all the dedicated workers in the field of child protection in Romania, the Romanian Government has declared a moratorium on adoption. The moratorium went into effect in June, 200l. Although the moratorium was thought to last only one year, it appears to be a permanent closing for international adoptions. CFLC is grateful to have worked with the dedicated staff of the Iulia Foundation from l998 to 200l in   facilitating adoptions for the legally orphaned children. We ask that you uplift the country of Romania and its leadership in prayer. The Romanian people are precious to God.
